Time to Start Thinking Father's Day

Father's Day might seem like it's still a ways out, but shoppers are already buying! (I love shoppers who plan ahead.) Right after Mother's Day I activated all of my wooden cards from last year, then started working on new items for this year.

My leatherette coozies have done well for weddings and other special occasions, so I thought they'd be the perfect addition for Father's Day. I'm glad the shoppers agree :)

And I had a custom request for another fun Father's Day gift. These are great for dads or grandpas. I've seen these fishing lures made with all metal before, but I love the look when made with wood. I just listed these on Saturday and have already sold a handful! Have I mentioned how much I love my customers with custom requests!!

3 Generations

I hope all of the mothers out there had a wonderful Mother's Day (yes, I'm over a week late, I know!). I got to work on a fun order for Mother's Day which consisted of 3 generations for photo pendants.

The buyer ordered these for herself, her mother and her grandmother. She will get one of her mother and grandmother, her mother will get one of her and her mother and her grandmother will get one of her and her daughter.

 

I always love working on unique projects like this that make such special gifts. It's what makes the job fun :)
