New Cutting Board Designs

When I buy my cutting boards for engraving, they come as a 2-pack (one large and one small). Lately the larger boards have been selling the best and I also have a real estate company that buys the large boards as thank you gifts for their home buyers. So I tend to have more small boards left after each order. My solution...make some generic designs to take to shows and list in the shop for sale "as shown".

I tried to come up with several designs that suited everyone's kitchen. There are boards for Mom, Dad, Grandma and every foodie in between. I wanted to get these listed before the holiday shopping season as I think these will make excellent gifts.

I'm also offering these designs for custom orders as well. But the "as shown" option will be for the small boards only.

I may have designed this board for Mom's Kitchen, but this would be the perfect design for Edi's Kitchen as well...lol :) Take it or leave it!

I love this Made With Love (also available as Baked With Love) design. I'll also be listing this design on a recipe box soon as well.

One Custom Order - Three New Items (Part 2)

On Tuesday I showed you some fun new Engraved Wooden Spoons that I added to my shop as a result of a custom order. And here are the two other items I'll be adding to my shop soon...

This customer also had a special design she wanted used on a cutting board and recipe box. Both of these items have done really well in my shop, so I was happy to create a new design that could be added.

I love the simplicity of the design as well as the fact that it could be a wedding gift, house warming gift, anniversary gift, etc. The design really leaves it open for so many possibilities!

Hoping to have these both listed by the end of the week (where do the days go!!!!)

New Cutting Board Designs

Over Christmas I was asked to design several different custom designs for my cutting boards. These sold really well over the holidays and I've added several of them to my shop as custom options now.

My favorite by far is the Handwritten Recipe Cutting Board. These are so personal and add such an extra touch. I've wanted to make these for quite a while, but never really had a recipe to use. I was very excited when someone requested one of these and I've already made several since!

This was another custom request that I thought was a fun idea. They make perfect gifts! This one was for a friend who just had her kitchen remodeled.

I made a set of these for one buyer, each with different designs in the middle. I love that the design is bold and leaves customization open for any wording.

Bamboo Cutting Boards

I'm so excited to finally introduce one of my newest listings! I'm not going to lie, I've probably had these boards in my inventory for over a year now and am just now finding time to get them engraved, photographed and listed! But I think they were well worth the wait!

My first design is the Recipe for a Happy Marriage. I started with just the recipe, but can personalize it at no additional cost.

I'm really hoping this is another product that grows into several new designs like my guest books have done. I hope to take lots of requests for new designs and add lots of new styles to my shop.

I started with the 8 1/2" x 11" size, but I will also be offering 9 1/2" x 13" as well.
