I think I need to officially put New Orleans during Mardi Gras on my Bucket List! With all of the fun colors, great music and fun times they offer...it's right up my alley :)

I thought the headband was a ring, too! In Galveston, they do the Mardi Gras thing as well. And having seen both I do not plan on ever doing that again--so stinky:)
