And the Award Goes To...

Sometimes you need an extra special way to show your thanks and appreciation for someone. A simple thank you is not enough for the time and dedication they have shown a cause.

I was recently contacted by the University of Michigan to engrave some special recognition awards for their alumni board members. They had seen my engraved wedding invitations and thought they would make a special award. (I love people who can think outside the box!)

I think these awards turned out great! They are a lasting keepsake that these members can keep on their desk to remind them of their service to the university.

That's pretty cool that the university contacted you! When I was at CSU grad school I got an engraved square wood block paperweight in recognition for something and I still have it. There's no limit to what you can do!
