Sunshine Blogger Award

I was recently awarded the Sunshine Blogger Award by Sarah of A Cat-Like Curiosity!

I recently started reading Sarah's blog after finding her in one of my Etsy teams and love her writing style and sense of humor!

Along with the award are 10 questions I get to answer. Here they are :)

Ten Questions and Answers:

1. What would you most like to change about yourself?

This sounds superficial, but I would love for the weight I gained at the beginning of the year to magically disappear!

2. What is your theme song?

Iris by the GooGooDolls

3. One part of your life, a memory, action, etc. that you wish you could surgically remove from your brain?

Cliche, but nothing. I feel that every experience, good or bad, I have learned from and I wouldn't want to change that.

4. What generation do you wish you had been a part of?

I was definitely meant to be a flower child :)

5. What was your favorite childhood toy?

A stuffed dog named Snowball that my grandparents gave me...still have it!

6. What is your favorite housecleaning chore? 

Favorite? As in the one I hate the least? Laundry...toss it in and forget about it!

7. Do you Twitter? 

Nope

8. Any goals?

I set goals for myself each month and I also set daily goals that I prepare on to do lists each morning.

9. Do you really drink margaritas all the time?

Nope, not a tequila girl. But give me a glass of sweet wine any day :)

10. What is the ugliest car you've ever driven and were embarrassed to be seen in?

One of my first cars was a 1986 Ford Aerostar Minivan...Two-tone Brown to boot! But it was also the best vehicle I ever owned :)

Versatile Blogger Award

LeAnn of PasqueFlower bestowed an awesome blogger award to me recently! I love reading LeAnn's blog and love reading the comments she leaves for me here on my blog :) It was an honor to receive this award from her!

One of the requirements of receiving this award is to share 7 facts about myself. I hope you'll enjoy learning some fun new things about me :)

1. My "real job" is a machine operator in a factory that makes semi transmissions. I have worked there for almost 10 years!
2. My little family consists of my boyfriend Jesse and our furbaby Harley.
3. I have lived in the same town my entire life.
4. I was named after my great-great aunt Edith.
5. I have a strong type-A personality and like things to run on a schedule and as planned...but my crafty side still thrives :) Best of both worlds I guess?
6. I wanted to be an airline attendant when I was younger. I always thought I'd travel the world.
7. Until I was 21 years old, I didn't really like the color pink and my favorite colors were blue and yellow. When I turned 21, my favorite color somehow became pink...followed by purple and teal!

Catching Up On Awards...

I love it when people pass awards on to me :) It really makes me feel awesome! But I have to admit...I'm terrible about posting them and passing them on! So I thought I was way past due on this post. I went all the way back to the end of April to find all my awards...so I hope I'm not missing any. The oldest one I found was from Ruthie at Rose Works Jewelry: This award doesn't come with any rules and is just a nice way to say thanks for commenting on my blog :) The next award is from Terronda at Unique Commodities: This award asks you to list 5 of your least favorite things. So here are mine:

And I received my most recent award again from Ruthie :) Isn't she great!

This award asks you to list 7 facts about yourself. So, here it goes:

1. I have lived in the same town my entire life!
2. Jesse and I have been dating for 9.5 years!
3. I'm not a huge fan of shopping...unless it is for scrapbooking supplies :)
4. My fave colors right now are pink and teal.
5. I spend entirely way too much time online...if you couldn't tell!
6. I prefer pizza and movie nights to a night on the town.
7. I am a huge list-maker.

Now I know I'm supposed to pass these on...but that's where I fall short on these awards! I guess I pass them on to ALL of you. I have so many great readers and followers that I can't just choose a few of you. You are all wonderful and I appreciate you stopping by my blog :)
