I chose today's nautical/water/beachy theme for a number of reasons.
#1: My mom's birthday is coming up and one of the biggest things we're going to do this weekend to celebrate is go out on the Branson Belle.
#2: A bloggy friend of mine is getting married this weekend in Hawaii and her husband-to-be is a sailor. So she's having a very beacy/nautical wedding. Congrats Natasha!!!
#3: My nautical items in my shop are still some of the most popular items I have. These anchor flutes are my best selling glassware item!

ReplyDeleteI like nautical stuff, too. My sister and I have this running joke whenever we see a bunch of nautical clothing in stores that everybody must be going to a party on the same boat. Haha. We're so cool.

ReplyDeleteI do love the nautical theme. That ring is pretty - simple and fun. My favorite outfit in the summer when I was a kid was a blue and white sailor outfit my Mom made me. One of my very first work outfits as a professional was a navy and white silk dress and jacket that reminded me of my sailor days.
