Friday Features - Pink & Aqua

I'm really craving Spring lately! We've had a couple sunny days that make me want to get outside, but the temps are still cold and the wind has been blowing too. So for now, I'll stay in a little longer and enjoy these cheery finds on Etsy :) These pink and aqua colors remind me of Easter colors and Spring flowers.

Zebra Print it is

Thank you to everyone who left a comment yesterday letting me know whether they thought these earrings looked like Zebra Print or Wood Grain.

I originally designed these with a zebra print, but after I photographed them, I wasn't sure the wood conveyed the zebra design well. But I was very happy that a great majority of you saw the zebra pattern.

So I've gotten them listed in my shop. I did also add tags around the wood grain design as mentioned by Rose. This way people will find it searching for either design.

Thanks again for your input...I have the best readers :)

Expanding My Wedding Line

One of my goals for 2013 is to expand on my wedding line. My wedding items have done really well and I want to offer more options and more variety for my brides and grooms. One area I worked on this past week were Wooden Table Numbers.

I made three new designs to coordinate with my current invitation and guest book designs. Previously I just offered a standard table number and I took custom requests. I decided to create a Carved Tree, Peacock and Peacock Feather design.

I'm loving how these turned out, especially the tree :)

And in designing these, I realized that I had a peacock feather guest book, but no invitation. So I also created a new invitation design as well. My goal is to add 5 new designs to my shop in 2013 and I'm blowing that goal out of the water. I have 3 new designs already and I'm working on 2 more right now!

 I've also been working on a few new glass designs, so keep your eyes open for those as well :)

Friday Features - Hello March

Wow, can you believe it's March already! This year is flying by, but boy am I ready for Spring. With today being the first day of March and March's birthstone being the beautiful aquamarine, today's features are for all you March babies :) I've really been liking the look of raw stones.
