New Recipe Books

I've been working on several new items lately and one of them is new designs for my Recipe Books. My original design has done well, in fact it just sold yesterday! I wanted to have a wider selection to take to shows with me as they make great gifts and I've started getting them added to my Etsy Shop as well.

I have two new designs so far and hope to add at least two more as well. The first is a basic design with a fun wooden spoon design.

The second is special for the holidays and I hope it does well this holiday season.

The other ideas I have in mind are a "Recipes for the New Bride" book and some sort of "Generations" book or "Family Recipes Through the Years" book. Something that families can pass on from one generation to the next.

  5. Your creative and practical approach is worth admiring. I love the recipe books - they look very cozy.

And I am thinking about a cover for my note papers... I use a lot of scrap paper which is printed on one side and clean on the other; I fold several sheets, staple them and scribble on the clean parts during meetings. It is very environment friendly but does not look nice, so I must make or buy a cover for these papers...

  6. Your 2 new recipe books are great! So are your ideas for more. I've been to at least a couple wedding showers where we were requested to bring a recipe.
just curious--Are plastic sleeves a possible option for the recipes?

  8. Those are great ideas! I love collecting recipes although I hate to cook. Do you make them the opposite direction too - taller than wider?

  9. I love the idea for brides and family recipes. I made up a recipe box for my daughter when she got married and most of the bridal showers I've been to, everyone is asked to bring a recipe.
