I just finished another batch of Custom Name Albums last week and wanted to show you the fun colors I got to work with this time!
I started with Isaiah for a baby boy album. His was a pretty standard baby boy album with light blues and greens, but I threw in a fun brighter blue to mix it up a little. I love the addition of the bright color to a normally pastel color scheme.
Next was Lincoln. His was also a baby boy album, but again, the buyer wanted brighter colors. I found these really fun textured papers in pretty greens, then added that same bright blue. The buyer absolutely loved the dotted papers :)
I also got to do an album in my favorite color combo...pink, purple and aqua for Victoria. Her mom asked me to make it "girly", so I used lots of flowers, butterflies, fun sayings all in these great girly colors.
Have you been working with any fun colors lately?
I like the blues! I am slowly replacing the older decor in my living room with things that have a blue hue. I find it to be so much more soothing and relaxing. Funny how color can do that, huh?
ReplyDeleteYou always do the best name books! did I see one over on Sharla's blog?
