Memory Plaque

As many of you know, my little sisfur passed away a couple of weeks ago. I knew immediately that I wanted to create something special for my parents to remember both of their beloved furbabies.

I created this beautiful plaque using two different photos of the girls along with text and used my laser engraver to create a one-of-a-kind Memory Plaque. I absolutely love how this turned out! And I think it would be such a great idea for so many occasions! This will definitely be something I add to my shop soon!

Friday Features-Lucky

My parents dog (aka...my little sisfur) passed away last Friday! It was a very hard time for my parents as well as myself. She was 14 yrs. old and lived a wonderful life. She couldn't have asked for better parents...I know first hand :) My thoughts have turned to her many times this week and I thought I'd share a few Etsy finds today featuring Rat Terriers. Remembering Pandi

One year ago today, my little sisfur crossed the bridge. She was 17 years old and lived the best life a dog could have asked for :) And she had the best parents who loved her dearly!!!

I went thought my old pictures this weekend and found some of Pandi growing up. It was so fun to reminisce and see her as a pup again :) I thought I'd share a slide show I put together.

Wordless Wednesday-Sisfur's New Coat

A Special Thank You!!!

I want to send out a special Thank You to JudyCootie!!! You've seen Judy's work featured on my blog before here and here and now I must feature her again :) I purchased one of Judy's Custom Painted Wooden Keepsake Boxes for my parents and I couldn't be happier!!! My parents' older dog (and my little sister) passed away recently and I knew this would be the perfect gift for them! I went ahead and put both dogs on the box so they can always remain together :) Judy's work is absolutely stunning! I emailed her a couple photos of the dogs and she did a wonderful job of replicating them on the box! My mom said it looks like Lucky (the one on the right) is looking right at us! So cool!
