Friday Features - Baseball Baby Shower

2016 must be the "year of the baby"! Jesse and I currently have 5 cousins that are pregnant. That's a whole lot of baby showers and celebrating! The first shower will be held tomorrow and my cousin and his wife are having a baby boy with a baseball-themed shower. As usual, I wanted to make something special as a gift and I wanted to tie in with the theme. I came up with this cute picture frame for their Little Slugger :)


And since it's Friday, I went browsing for some other cute baseball themed baby gifts as well. Enjoy these finds!


Is there just something in the water here, or do you have lots of family and friends having babies this year too?

    Love your new frame -- and what fun baseball baby finds! My brother is coming to Lincoln this weekend to watch Huskers baseball--my favorite spectator sport.

    So sweet! What a wonderful gift Edi that I'm sure they'll love. Kate, my older daughter, had knit booties that were basketball hightops - ha! that my MIL knit since my husband loves basketball.

    Woah - I don't even have five cousins capable of getting pregnant! He has too many various cousins to even keep track of, though. I know multiple people who've had babies in the last week and a half (and even more in the last year), but only a couple who are pregnant right now.

    Whoa! That's a lot of babies! We only know one person in our immediate circle who's pregnant, but we know several who are getting married in 2016! For us it's the year of the wedding. :-)
