A Day in My Life

I realized the other day that all of my posts lately have been business/etsy/crafty related and I haven't posted anything personal for a while. I like to include a mix of topics for my posts to keep it fun and interesting. And I like my readers to know the face behind the posts and the artist behind the work :)
I haven't had anything interesting to say about my personal life lately...because I haven't had one! Jesse and I have worked tons of overtime lately and haven't done anything worth blogging about. And trust me, you don't want me blogging about my job...LOL :)
So I thought I'd give you a Day in My Life post. I work night shift, so my days are a little backwards!
7:35pm...Alarm goes off
Shower, get coolers packed, load dishwasher/sweep/laundry if I have time
8:30...Leave for work
9pm-7:20am...Work (I'll spare you the boring details)
I'll just tell you that I'm a machine operator in a factory that makes semi transmissions.
7:20am...We usually have a few errands to run after work.
8 or 8:30...Jog (most days)
9am-11:30am...Do any cleaning/household tasks that need done that day
CRAFTY TIME :)
11:30am...Cook lunch
Eat lunch while I catch up on final computer stuff for the day
12:30 or 1pm...Bed Time.
Pretty exciting, huh! Now you understand why I haven't had many personal posts lately...LOL! I'd love for you to do a Day in My Life post as well and link to it in the comments :)

that IS a bit backwards... at least for most of us! Good thing the stores are empty (if they're open) when you have to go shopping! {:-D

When my dad was a chemical operator he worked nights and it turned everything upside down especially since it was shift work! That is a tough schedule but at least you still find time to do things you love.

And I am seriously thinking of getting one of those calendar things from etsy.

Wow! Thanks for sharing, I don't know too many people with a schedule that looks like that!
Thanks for being one of the night workers who keeps things running!

That is some crazy schedule right there! Good for you for fitting in the things you love to do. :)

You don't want a day in my life post from me :P it's either to boring, or too intense, and never consistent!

One question. Does Jesse work nights too? How does that work out if he doesn't?

Oh my, I think night shift would kill me... I crave daylight!

You barely have time for sleep! You are very busy that's for sure. Glad you find time for fun and crafty time!

Yikes! I don't know how you do it. My MIL always worked at night and I never saw her get tired or anything. It's amazing to me - you are so organized, that must be part of your secret.

yikes! It's the a.m. p.m. switch I would have a hard time wrapping my head around.
