Friday Features - Stress Relief

If you read my post on Monday, you know last weekend was a little crazy and stressful! And this week has been a little bit the same! Thank goodness things have seemed to calm down :)
I thought today's features would be the perfect way to show you how I destress when things get hectic.

I'm a sucker for a hot relaxing bath! We don't have a hot tub, so it's the next best thing :)
And this sign says it all!

And I love to unwind with a nice glass of wine :) These glasses would make my wine taste even better!

The smells of lavender and vanilla are two of my favorites and are both calming scents. This lotion is perfect for after a bath!

And what better way to unwind than with great music! Certain songs can take my mind off everything!

How do you unwind?
I hope everyone has a stress-free weeknend :)

I find that drinking a nice glass of bubbly in a bubbly bath does the trick!

Girl, I'm with you about the wine. Beer, too.

I hope your weekend is nice and chill!

Love this! Music is definately something that can really relax me. My bathtub has jets and I thought "how cool" when I bought my house. Come to find out that with hot water on demand I can not fill the tub with enough hot water. :( Oh well, at least that means I waste less water. :)

Wonderful de-stress items you've found. I love those wine glasses and the musical notes charm bracelet is enchanting.

I like to chill out with flickering candlelight and easy listening jazz . . . and a nice slice of double, chocolate cake. :)

Fantastic picks. I love those glasses. I like to unwind with a nice hot bath as well. And a good microbrew.

GREAT finds! I took a good long soak in the tub this morning with a book. Wine is great, just not in the morning!

I feel less stress already! Great features Edi! If I can't make it to the coast, I unwind by reading with a kitty or two on me purring away.

These are all excellent ways to relax! I also would have to add taking a walk with no particular agenda, just to admire the scenery. :)

Hope this weekend is much less stressful! xo

Hope next week is less stressful.
I unwind by looking at pretty pictures on Pinterest -- sort of a bedtime picture book for grownups.

That's the best! Sometimes I stand under the shower so I get a shower massage!

These are all so great--perfect de-stressers! I love to soak in a tub, too, especially in Winter. Add a glass of wine--perfection!

Love these features. Music, some wine, and a comfy pair of pajama pants or an hour of yoga do it for me :)

Thanks for including my lotion! :) I de-stress by writing, sitting outside in good weather and bird-watching, and deep breathing. :)
